The Primary School

Salterforth Primary School is a small village school catering for the 4-11 year old age group. It is very popular with parents in the village and surrounding area and is described as a 'small school with a big heart'.

The school was built in 1910 and there are still people in the village who went to school there.

The current head teacher is Mrs Vikki Havers-Strong.
