Children's Playground

Good news! The children's playground in Salterforth is now open. Please note the signage as you go through the gate and please try and adhere to the information given as its for everyone's safety in using the playground. This will run until further notice. #covid19

Salterforth has a fabulous and very popular, fully accessible children's playground, which has had some new play equipment for younger children added to it. There are various climbing frames, a mini digger and sandpit. There is also a playing field next to the playground which is great for a kick around with a football. The play area is securely fenced so your children can run around safely.

The playground can be found situated near the war memorial just on the edge of the park.

The new playground equipment was installed by Landscape Engineering Limited.
